Here, we bring together Pranayama, the ancient art of breath control, and Deep Listening, a meditative listening practice pioneered by composer Pauline Oliveros. By integrating Pranayama and Deep Listening, we invite ourselves to explore new levels of awareness, presence, and connection - both within ourselves and with the world around us.
